A Story Steeped in Sound

Mariachi Monarcas is a mariachi band located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It came together as ensemble composed of students of the ages 17- 19. All members of the band have been classically trained for 8+ years. Mariachi Monarcas expects to enrich their audience with beautiful Mexican Traditional music. It is a way for the members of the Mariachi of retaining their Mexican culture alive in an environment out of their cultural roots that remain miles away.

Various of the ensemble members have already had experience with opening shows and sharing the stage with some of the greatest renowned Mariachi Bands in the world, such as Mariachi Sol de Mexico, Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlan, and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan; Mariachi Monarcas hopes that one day they will be able to have as great an audience following their music as they have.
